Rea Respirator
Rea Respirator was formed in the town Tranås in Sweden 1985 by members from the bands Nerv Kollaps and Rövsvett. The setup was Mikael "Löken" Karlsson at the vocals, Fredrik Grehn - guitar, Magnus Grehn - bass and Palle Rosén at the drums. We had av few chaotic gigs in the south half of Sweden in 1985 and 1986. Two demotapes were recorded and the first of them "Släpp Loss Alla Band" was released by Fetvadd Tapes (later named Fetvadd Records). This tape included 10 songs of chaotic punk/hardcore and were sometimes compared with bands like D.R.I. (but ofcourse much worse!). Some of the songs from the tape also appeared at a few compilation tapes, both Swedish and international ones. In the end of 1986 we went back to the studio and recorded a second demotape, which included 5 songs.
